Cabinet Settings

To access the cabinet settings, activate the left menu from the cabinet home screen by selecting the 3-bar icon in the upper left or swiping to the right.

From the left menu select "Customize" then "Cabinet Settings".  Below are the available settings:

  • Header Color - You can change the header color of you cabinet using this setting.
  • Include in Home Screen Search Results - If you want to exclude this cabinet's items in the search results from the home screen you can turn this option off.
  • Include in Home Screen Dates - When you set a due date or start date for an item it will display in the home screen "Dates" screen.  To exclude them from the home Dates screen turn this option off.
  • Include in Home Screen Pinned Items - You can "Pin" any item from an item's detail screen.  Pinning an item is a way to quickly access an item.  To exclude it from the home screen pinned items turn this option off.
  • Include in Home Screen Tasks - To include cabinet tasks (Today, Todos, Project Subtasks) on the home Tasks screen turn this setting on.
  • Advanced Todos Category - By default the Todos category is setup as an advanced GTD to-do list.  This means that to-dos can be in several GTD statuses (New, Next Actions, On Deck, Waiting For, Someday/Maybe, Cancelled, and Completed).  If you would only like to have a basic to-do list without the GTD statuses turn off option off.
  • Advanced Projects Category - By default the Projects category is setup as an advanced project list with several statuses (New, Active, On Hold, Future, and Completed).  If you would only like to have a basic project list without the extra statuses turn off this option.
  • Advanced Goals Category - By default the Goals category is setup as an advanced goals list with three statuses (Short-Term, Long-Term, and Completed).  If you would only like to have a basic goals list without the extra statuses turn this option off.
